Valentine's Mini Wall Plaque

Supplies:

• Unfinished plaque (NST-190)
• Acrylic paint
• Scrapbook paper
• Vinyl Words "Valentine, be mine, kiss me...."
• Foam Brush
• Pioneer embelishment glue stick
• 12" ribbon  

Easy steps:

1. Paint your surface

2. Cut paper to fit tile plaque and glue using glue stick

3. Ad Vinyl Words by following instruction on the package.

4. Poke hole and add ribbon!
